Sunny days, sweepin' the clouds away...

I realize these posts are a little out of order, but oh well...
A couple weekends ago, the one when Hannah planted her little plants happened to be a beautiful, warm weekend and we definitely took advantage of it! On Friday, we went to the to the park with a friend of mine and her 2 kids and then Saturday headed to the coast for Hannah's friend Breanna's 3rd birthday. I'm including the park and coast in one post.

I think this is pretty much the first time Isaiah has really swung, besides

once or twice last summer when he was a baby, but didn't care as much...

but he LOVED it this time...he didn't want to get down!

Saturday's trip to the coast was probably one of the best days I've ever been to the beach, besides one day last June when we went with my family. It was warm, barely a breeze and about 60 degrees...maybe minus a few. It was INCREDIBLE!!!!!! I went out with the kids and my friend Kristi and her son Tommy for the kids to join Breanna on her 3rd birthday. The kids had a blast and we enjoyed soaking in the vitamin D. I stood Isaiah on the sand, but he didn't like it and fussed and whined until I put him back on the blanket, where he was content playing.

Hannah got so intent on building a sand castle, after a while,

she didn't care about playing with the others. :)

Since I've slacked lately, I have more pics of the kids and updates to blog about, but right now its after midnight and probably should hit the sack. More to come... :)
